Dinner ki nenu meat tinanu... just broccoli and asparagus. ...Nite dinner clean and fibrous but lunch and other 2 meals ki last one month ga Greek chicken kabobs preparing preparing with wheat pasta with basil pesto... yummmmm...

nadi 8 meals on workout days and 7 meals on rest days.... yes night nenu gym nunchi vachaka protein and dextrose tesukuntaru almost 8:30 ki and before bed 11 ki 1 scoop of casine andukey... just fibers for dinner...
