Healthy Dinner Diet Tips ( Gym Folks)

already oka sari vesa oka 8 months back... but edi go improvised version...

morning with out brush 1 scoop of whey..

meal 1 : 5 egg whites and 1 whole egg with one whole wheat tortilla and banana.... or 1.5 cups of oats 2 eggs banana little milk put in blender and make pan cake out of it...

meal 2: broccoli sweet potatoe chicken asparagus all baked..

meal3: whole wheat pasta with chicken 100 g each...

meal4: same as meal 3 or instead chicken it's fish..

Pre workout shake creatine beta alanine and baa

Meal 5 2 scoops of whey and 1 casine this is also my intra workout drink..

Meal 6 post workout bcaas and detxoers

meal 7 broccoli and asparagus

before bed 1 scoop of casine...

300 movie lo emanna role ke train chetsunaava........antha protien tinte kidneys ke problem emo......so nuvu cheppina meals lo total entha protien on daily basis??

ade telusu uncle.......bhayya cheppindhi chusthe more 200+ grams of protien intake vunattu vundhi on daily basis.......antha protien ante kidneys meda efefct padutundemo uncle!!

broccoli and asparagus lo fiber and it's green veggies I will be hungry after workout instead of other meals I prefer that.... bf lo ani goodulu tintunavu kada mari bcaas aa? Eggs are rich in bcaa

protien intake per serve..body weight meedha depend ayyi untadhi vuncle..!!

 

i weight around 150-160 middle lo untadhi,5'10" i cant take more than 150grams per day intake..!!teesukunna waste.

ialmost 1.5 grams * ur body weight tinali if ur working out properly ...nadi almost 1 grm ey..... protien hits kidney anedi misconception ..... u need to drink water .....daily 1.5 gallons to 2 tagali...
