ialmost 1.5 grams * ur body weight tinali if ur working out properly ...nadi almost 1 grm ey..... protien hits kidney anedi misconception ..... u need to drink water .....daily 1.5 gallons to 2 tagali...

morning with out brush 1 scoop of whey..


Meal 5 2 scoops of whey and 1 casine this is also my intra workout drink..


before bed 1 scoop of casine...

ivanni protien ye ankul.. avi kaaka creatine bcaa kuda extra teeskuntunnadu ankul.. konchem ekkuve aindhi le intake...

emi ekuva mama... 10 grm of bcaas daily na body weight ke must .... Pre and post antey.... and creating 5 grams antey....

broccoli and asparagus lo fiber and it's green veggies I will be hungry after workout instead of other meals I prefer that.... bf lo ani goodulu tintunavu kada mari bcaas aa? Eggs are rich in bcaa

nenu bf lo 3,4 eggs ankul anthe.. night ki aithe kummeyadame.. aa rojullo 10-14 thinevaadini egg whites. ee madhya form lo leka 7, 8 tho saripettesthunna.. ย still BCAA theeskunta ankul.. reason ante.. ppl preferred anthe..ย

protien intake per serve..body weight meedha depend ayyi untadhi vuncle..!!

i weight around 150-160 middle lo untadhi,5'10" i cant take more than 150grams per day intake..!!teesukunna waste.

this is correst.... maverick macha... Kidney effect antundi ani I nee brain lo nunchi tesivei.... i you need I can provide u supporting research documents ...extra protien Gose as waste antey.... Most of the protien powder goes low GI so it is processed in ur body soon and directly send into blood stream.... not stored any where... except for casine ...casine takes 6-8 hrs to digest...
