last year antha gymming chesi 19 pounds tagginchaa.......oka 2 months india trip taruvatha back to form ankul............crossfit ante nenu pedda podichindi emi ledu....oka 3 months weekly 2 days aweek vella.......daniki $140 charging.....one hour nee body needhi kadanukunte baaga uthiki aresi istaadu.........nuvvu gymmer kada.....try crossfit uncle,bala challenging ga vuntadhi!!

nenu tried vuncle..crossfit..mamuluga kaadhu...narakam spelling mandarin lo raapinchadu..debbaki paruguBrahmi-22.gifhappy gaa naa regular workout saalu anukunna..!!

crossfit diet ayethe paleo diet antaadu....asalu wheat gaani,multi grain bread gaani vadantaadu......just nuts,fuits,veggies,lean meat antaadu............crossfiters asalu manusulu kaadhu uncle.....vaamo .......ave emi workouts saami...............but 200% worth it!!

Crossfit evening vundedhi at 6 PM....naaku problem entante.....antah intense workout chesthe naa body full active ayepotadhi....night 3AM varuku full active ga vunta .........appudu body tired avudhi......naa sleep chukkalu chupinchedi......thats the reason I stopped workouts in evening......morbing telisindhe kada....minimum 12 to 1 avudhi padukovadaniki!!

almost nuvvu cheppina lekka prakaram 4 scoops of protein powder everyday.. 24 grms X 4 = almost akakde 100 grs authundhi

inka eggs lo chicken lo fish lo etc etc kalipithe

nadi 220 lbs.... so 100 grams + 300 grams of chicken is 80 grams of protein + egg 40 grms and food oka 60 grms vesuko... 280 grms per day...
