crossfit diet ayethe paleo diet antaadu....asalu wheat gaani,multi grain bread gaani vadantaadu......just nuts,fuits,veggies,lean meat antaadu............crossfiters asalu manusulu kaadhu uncle.....vaamo .......ave emi workouts saami...............but 200% worth it!!

branch chain amino acids... they give u endurance and most important for building ur muscle. .

frist lo kastam ga vuntadhi kaani....slowly u start liking it.....i took contract for 3 months......actually u ahve option to come more days.....the more you do ....the more you like....good thing entante it keeps changing each day.......

u goal is to bulk up aa uncle!!!

unaa a kovuuu tgagistuna and building muscle.... no carbs man .. if we go clean carbs that's called bulk up...

frist lo kastam ga vuntadhi kaani....slowly u start liking it.....i took contract for 3 months......actually u ahve option to come more days.....the more you do ....the more you like....good thing entante it keeps changing each day.......

agreed..i can do 5 reps..20 count each..with just 30 sec break..each rep..continuously..!!taruvatha...kasepu em panichayyavu anukooo.Brahmi-22.gifala floor meedha 2 mins undali..!!
