unaa a kovuuu tgagistuna and building muscle.... no carbs man .. if we go clean carbs that's called bulk up...

simple logic vuncle..if u r big..aekkuva muscle untadhi over all ga body lo..so fat burning is easy..if u are lean and still haev to burn some fat..its gonna take so much time cuz..muscle takkuva untadhi lean body lo..muscle uses fat as a fuel..wn u workout.!!

agreed..i can do 5 reps..20 count each..with just 30 sec break..each rep..continuously..!!taruvatha...kasepu em panichayyavu anukooo.Brahmi-22.gifala floor meedha 2 mins undali..!!

The idea is push your limit and challenge your body uncle........you will love it after sometime!!

ala emi kaadhu dude.....nee bodyweight tho excercise chepistaadu  which is very good........p90x is mor elike gym workout..........it boils down to  what you want to achieve maan EOD!!!

already oka sari vesa oka 8 months back... but edi go improvised version...

morning with out brush 1 scoop of whey..

meal 1 : 5 egg whites and 1 whole egg with one whole wheat tortilla and banana.... or 1.5 cups of oats 2 eggs banana little milk put in blender and make pan cake out of it...

meal 2: broccoli sweet potatoe chicken asparagus all baked..

meal3: whole wheat pasta with chicken 100 g each...

meal4: same as meal 3 or instead chicken it's fish..

Pre workout shake creatine beta alanine and baa

Meal 5 2 scoops of whey and 1 casine this is also my intra workout drink..

Meal 6 post workout bcaas and detxoers

meal 7 broccoli and asparagus

before bed 1 scoop of casine...

Ya adey thinking nenu kuda... need to bring one bowflex to home soon. .. chala frustrating ga untadi... when I look scale anta work out chesta... but last 2 months ga oka mistake realized ... i have skipped cardio most of the times...
