His employer XXXXX Corp and XXXXX will be responsible for his salary, benefits, performance review, training required to perform the job duties, hiring, firing, supervising and controlling his daily activities. XXXXX has limited visibility of his day-to-day work activities.    Accordingly, the most accurate and detailed description of his work activities may be obtained from XXXX, Delivery Manager of XXXX at XXX-XXX-XXXX.
