Step 1: PREVAILING WAGE DETERMINATION - takes around 30-45 days

             --- in this stage the position's wage and necessity would be determined

 

Step 2: PAPER ADD - taking 30 days

Step 3: RECRUITMENT - takes 30-45 days

Step 4: LABOR application - Approval may take up to - 240 days

            

 

******* eee Step 4, ayae varaku even if you have changed your position/employer, you have to go through and circle back from step 1 ********

 

Step 5: 140 application - eee term lo okavela green card dates current aithae Step 6 ni parallel ga chesukovochu

 

Step 6: 485 Application

 

Step 7: GC approval or Denial --- ippatiki pelli kakapothae inka pelli chesukunnaka you can't bring your wife as your dependent until you become a citizen anukuntaaaa .. --- hope some one will show light on us.

Step-5 type chesina tharvatha...nee keyboard spacebar meeda oka raayi petti...at least oka 1 hour tharvatha vachhi aa raayi theesi step-6 type cheyyalsindhi....in order to magnify the wait, which also part of the process...

priority dates antae ni labor approval date ki relate ai untadhi .. 

so okavela aaa priority date and ni labor date match aithae .. thats when ni actual GC in progress

.. but will wait for more update on this .. naku thelisindhi thakkuva dheeni meedha

1)depends on processing timelines

2)it shud read as Advanced parole.....ee db lo inthaka mundhu chusna answer ni batti

when ever ur date is current--> u apply for i-485,EAD & AP

AP---is a mere travel document

EAD is used as a  substitue for h1

 

i-485 approve ante GC vachinattu
