otherwise, you have to forfiet your PD date, if you change your employer prior to 140 approval, and sometimes even if your 140 is approved....

when ever ur date is current--> u apply for i-485,EAD & AP

AP---is a mere travel document

EAD is used as a  substitue for h1

Step 1: PREVAILING WAGE DETERMINATION - takes around 30-45 days

             --- in this stage the position's wage and necessity would be determined

 

Step 2: PAPER ADD - taking 30 days

            -- idhi chaala mandhiki thelusu anukunta - mana position gurinchi paper add isthaaru

 

Step 3: RECRUITMENT - takes 30-45 days

            --- aa paper add choosi vochinollani interview cheyadaniki / chesinatu act chesae time 

 

Step 4: LABOR application - Approval may take up to - 240 days

            

 

******* eee Step 4, ayae varaku even if you have changed your position/employer, you have to go through and circle back from step 1 ********
