Step 1: PREVAILING WAGE DETERMINATION - takes around 30-45 days

             --- in this stage the position's wage and necessity would be determined

Took 35 days

 

Step 2: PAPER ADD - taking 30 days

            -- idhi chaala mandhiki thelusu anukunta - mana position gurinchi paper add isthaaru

30 days

 

Step 3: RECRUITMENT - takes 30-45 days

            --- aa paper add choosi vochinollani interview cheyadaniki / chesinatu act chesae time 

45 days

 

Step 4: LABOR application - Approval may take up to - 240 days

 8 months     EB3      

 

Step 5: 140 application - eee term lo okavela green card dates current aithae Step 6 ni parallel ga chesukovochu

 

RFE/DENIED/MTR/APPROVED took 2 years

 

 

 

Step 6: 485 Application

 

EAD/Advance parole(travel documents) received.

 

Employment changed, did the above process(1-5) again for EB2 took 1year and this time 140 approved in 3 days!

 

Step 7: GC approval or Denial --- ippatiki pelli kakapothae inka pelli chesukunnaka you can't bring your wife as your dependent until you become a citizen anukuntaaaa .. --- hope some one will show light on us.

 

With old priority dates ( labor approved date) and old 485 application data received GC in 3 months after 140 APPROVAL

 

But yeah as always, emaina thappulu untae correct and also update as needed.

I thought we can use only port old I140 date.  What is this I485 date and how can we use old 485 date in current application?

basically kotha labor approve ayyaka 140 apply chesetappudu old priority date vundi ani mention cheyyali then when you get the approved 140 you will see the old priority date in the approval document.

 

ikkada usualga manamu priority date port ayyindhi kada inka 485  application automatica priority date pick chekuntadi anukuntaamu. Kaani manamu or mana lawyer has to send a letter to link the priority date/140 to 485 application.

 

nenu idhi teluvaka one month loss ayyanu. off course ippudu GC vachaaka peeki chestundi emi ledu taagi tandanaalu aadadamu tappa!  :3D_Smiles_199:

After 6 months of i140 approval can change employer and the priority dates are still retained with new employer...still conditions apply...
