even though h1 revoke aina, he can apply for h1 transfer and come noo man??? he doesn't fall under cap any more kada... am I missing something?? Y f1?? F1 ki convert aitey automatic ga h1 cancel chestaru(in case he gets visa) and there are very very very slim chances he might get an f1 visa... cos it clearly shows potential immigrant...
