4 hrs continues tread mill aa.. .. no proper food no proper hydration lekapootey your blood will run out of oxygen that's dangerous ... sad man... he should have done under proper guidance .... 1 hr max for cardio... but for sports it might be ok..,

Nope man.....Sometimes......Preexisting silent heart conditions like hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy, cardiac arrythmia.. familial coronary artery diseases...... If you do vigorous exercises in these conditions .....u will die right away... thats what happen to ppl who go for 5 KM run for SI selection without prior cardiac check up......hydration issue may cripple u and put u to bed it dont kill u right away....

even most of the football players develop hypertrophy of heart (because of too much exercise on field)and get sudden cardiac arrythmias and die....
