Since my job is physically demanding diet is compensating me in getting shape without hitting gym
macha Posted March 10, 2014 Report Posted March 10, 2014 ela bhayya ?? chicken ne tenderize cheii.. and then cut into square shape pieces then add salt paper parsley Basile sired leaves... or add any low sodium grill mix which u get it in Walmart to that add some feta cheese to ur taste and Greek yogurt. .. marinate it for 1 hr and pre heat oven for 450 and stick chicken pieces to skewers and cook it for 50 min.... 1
