Eb2 Or Eb3 Help Please

Hi All,

 

I need an answer. My attorney says that to apply under EB2 with masters there is only one title available in IT, i.e. 'Computer and Information Research scientist'

 

is this true?

 

I have 5+ yr with Masters experience but most of my exp is with my current emp (3yrs) so will not count toward GC.

 

So my question is do I not qualify to apply under EB2 with a job title Senior Software Applications Developer? with masters and 2+ yr exp.

 

Please help or throw some valuable suggestions.

naaku eb2 lo chesetappudu they said that the job which i joined required MS during the time of hiring...only then i am qualified for EB2...ala ani...
