better go to walgrens one hour clinic for check up its really worth , some time over the counter meds doenst work at all. Better go for a check up in your area they will give prescribed meds and it will be effective. If you dont have insurance also fine, it might cost around $ 70 for check up and meds cost if any. get well soon.
