1.farmland is always good bro...as it involves lumpsum land in hectares or acres and is a very potential investment strategy for long term gains(worthy) ....in  the mean time  may get lease or rent(kavulu) on your land....

 

 

2.investing in plots is not as beneficial as  farmland...it can be a wise choice for short term investment and u cant expect yearly rent or lease.it will be just a fixed asset..

farm land is waste of time....If I were you ..I ll prefer to buy some commercial complexes...never ending monthly profit.. with no work involved...farm land need lot of management... u need some trustworthy persons who can manage... Even if you give it to lease its very tough to get lease money back......Buying a farmland is nothing but constructing a tomb for your money...
