He addressed a press conference on Monday. Jairam Ramesh said, NTR approached Congress for Rajya sabha seat and If Congress had given him the Rajya sabha seat in 1978 then there would have been no TDP at all. While the fact was, NTR never approached Congress for Rajya Sabha seat and Congress is playing a clever politics to degrade the pride ofTelugu people, Late NTR with such false and baseless statements.
