not only labor malli i140 kuda approve avvali to port that date....thats not an issue...except uscis fraud tho revoke chesthe tappa...

 

on ly disadvantage is if he wants to extend h1 based on that old employers PD(Approved I140)....the employer shud not revoke that i140 otherwise if he revokes he cannot use that i140 to extend h1b(note:idhantha transfer ayina employer inka i140 apporve avvakapothe)
