Need Help For My Friend To Change His Employer

One of my close friend is on H1B working as a contractor to the big XXXX client. But his employer is desi (Gujju). Client pays good amount  around 70$ to the main vendor. Vendor is jsut holding 5$ and paying everything to the Desi employer.  But the desi employer is not even paying atleast 60% of it. This is happening from 18 months. -----This is the Exact situation.

1. Vendor tho matladithe You deserve more money what he is paying now.  if you want you can change your employer ani annadu

5. naaku salary based vaddu I need percentage ante just 2 $ penchi percentage based isthanu but you wont be having vacation , medical , h1 extension have to pay from pocket, no green card ani bhaya peduthunnadu.

Now my friend got the new employer willing to pay 75-25 for the 6 months then he is willing to give  80-20 after.  can he trust the new employer ,kaani vaadu already two times employer change chesadu in the first H1B. scared to change the new employer because of risk factor in the H1b extension.

Same client tho adhe position ki ante h1 transfer cheskoleru, bcos mi employer ki non-compete agreement untundi
1 thing he can do is, client site lo manchi grip unte, thanani theesesthunatlu mail cheyamanu PV ki
Adhe position open chesthe ask ur friend to apply for it thru another employer,
PO tho H1 transfer file cheyochu with no issues
