Begging is banned in Hyderabad

Begging aneedi sympathy tho over look chese antha small problem kaadu ee rojullo...

ee terrorsit ayina..maoist ayinaa...assembly ki oppsite gaa noo..leka...vaalla target people inti mundoo kruchuni adukuntunnattu act cheesi...valla movements kanipetti...adunu choosi daadi cheyyochu....evaranna...era enduku ikkada kurchuntunnav ante.."babayya...adukuntunna ayya...oka 10 rupayli unte veyyandayya.." antaaru...nee ooru eedi..peru enti...ekkaduntaav..ante.."teleedu" antaadu...

this is jus one scenario...

other scenarios like...targeting single ladies and men...with a bunch of beggars(who can also act as goons if required). If you dont give money..then u can be surrounded by these people who have blades...scissors..broken glass bottles...or a rsuted knife...or stones..watever...

So this can be a very dangerous scenario...jus imagine wat wud be ur scenario if u were caught in dat " baap...baap...baap" scenario of bhramhi in Pokiri!!!

Beside all the above said problems..other issues mentioned like child abuse,drug mafia, forced begging ..law and order issues..nuisance..etc..are also there..

So begging can not be considered as a small time issue , according to me.

[b]If this rule will be in force who ever is begging in the public places will picked up, which doesn't need any kinda of warrant, and will be sent medical tests. Out of them whoever is physically fit will be sent to training hostels where they will train them in some livbelihood courses for three years. During the training they will be given accomodation, 2 pairs of clothes to wear and timely food.After the completion of the training they will be sent out with some amount of money to lead respectable life. The other beggars who are physically unfit will be sent to beggars house.[/b]

Chaala mandhi post motham chadavaledu ani na feeling..ee rule tho begging aapesi training istaamu antunnaru kadha..ee issue important aa kaadha annadi pakkana pedite..it is not a bad idea if they can provide them training and an opportunity to lead a dignified life..emantaru friends..
