problem with Desis interviewing is

 

They accept A developer to know What all he/ she(Interviewer knows) and more than that some times it looks like

 

They r telling about how much they knew rather interviewing?

 

They don't focus on their project ...their team composure and what type of person they need etc.......they just ask all the questions in the world
