What if you become the CM of Andhra Pradesh???

I just want to gauge the mood of the junta here, lets come up with some fresh ideas for better governance and policy making. please read the instructions well:

1) Write [size=15pt][b]only 1 Idea[/b][/size] which you want to do / implement first if you become the CM of Andhra Pradesh

2) No jokes, no silly pics, no comments PLEASEEEEE

3) You can of course, substantiate your idea / plan with how you want to carry it out or why you think its the highest on your priority list

Here goes mine, if I were the CM I'd implement a transparent balanced card system wherein every citizen has a right to know how much money the government spends annually on him, be it as part of their infrastructure, facilities, welfare schemes, healthcare, pensions etc.. Any citizen who doesn't receive the benefits mentioned in his balanced card can complain to the grievance cell which will be chaired by officials of uncompromised integrity and experience.

This is only one half of the sheet, the other half shows the taxes evaded by the citizen, whether he paid up all his municipal, road and other such taxes etc.

implement the courses other than engg. and get awareness of those courses to people....

all ur statements can be bunched up..in-to one single ideology- the UID (Unique ID concept)..which is similar to SSN(social security number) in US. Based on this UID, all of the above dat you mentioned can be tracked.

ok  backtotopicn the first thing that i think needs to be done is to get rid of all caste based reservations. There is only one criteria: economy based reservations.

see to it that the middle class and the poor dont get into deeper mess. Also , regularize health, insurance , financial loan ability so that everyone can afford it.

[/quote] something is better than nothing kada maama??? engineering kakunda vere elanti field loki poyina except public services R&D ki scope ledu ...... so may be concentrating on that issue is better than simply blaming it on engineering field.... after all due to that field only our state is what it is now compared to 10yrs back situation...what say????????

one idea ante cheppadam kashtam..because everything is inter linked..for example a child's education in a poor family depends on the financial situation of a family..if they r not earning enough money, they would want their child to work n earn some more money..so it depends on parents being employed..that way education is linked with employment..similarly healthcare also plays a role..
If you ask me one thing, then i would say education..quality education not just at the primary and secondary school level but also at the university level..and heavy investment in infrastructure for providing the right platform for setting up of industries..
