Cause ur i-94 number will also be changed if u travel and the one u sent to uscis will no more applicae Travel after petition is approved Technical ga ayithey cheyyachu bhayya kani risky and lengthy process. In that case, H1B petition approve ayina kani COS will be deemed abandoned. He can re-enter US on OPT and in October he will have to do consular processing i.e visit a consulate to get H1B visa stamped. Experts please correct me if I am wrong.
