My wife Cheryl is an associate at the Walnart on Green Acres in Eugene Oregon. She had been talking to and occaisionally spending time outside work with her boss Denton Bell in what I thought was a group setting. Recently I've come to discover that they've been sleeping together and now she wants to break up the marriage and persue the relationship with her boss. Our two daughters will be the ones most effected by this situation. One is 2 and the other 5,has already seen her mother leave her own biological father when she was nearly 2. I'm deeply saddened for both my own loss and humiliation but also for our children who will now be raised in a broken family just as I was. 
And I find myself curious as to what exactly the Walmart policy on fraternization between an associate and her department manager or ZMS is, and what they do to enforce their fraternization policies if anything. Any info or advice would be appreciated. Best regards. Steve
