na passport mar 2015 ki expire avthundi..nenu amendment apply chesanu..for suppose h1b approves for another 3yrs and if i go for stamping next month, naku visa stamping pp expire date varaku istara or h1b expiry date?

Nenu 2013 lo stamping ki vella, i had h1 on i797 until 2016 oct, my passport will expire march 2015, i had h1 visa stamped until 2016 oct
Ofcourse visa ivvatam anedi its completly dependent on the visa officer anuko, i just explained my experience

kani poe lo i94 was valid only ni passport expiry date dhaka isthadu, which is not a worry, if u have latest i94 date in ur i797

visa motham I797 end date varaku stamp vestaru. but I94 passport enddate varaku istaru. if POE officer doesn't notice the passport enddate, he may give it for longer ,which happened in my case.
