Responsibility : Change management office running ability Prepare Change management Plan and execute to the Plan Understanding of Global business critical ( Cisco multiple tier partner exposure ) Business expertise, exposure and understanding is critical Blend of Program Management and Business transformation expertise Strong in Program Management, Business Knowledge Must be Hands on and independent in driving the Business Readiness office System change awareness and articulation is good to have Strong written communication and capable of leading large meetings Duration : Potentially 12-24 months+
