Need Help For This Small Child

Hi every one,

 

I have seen this news today morning.E news lo una baby ki age 6 months,she is suffering with critical liver probelm and needs transplatation.Her mother is ready to give liver tissues but it costs 20 lakhs for operation.Mana DB valla chala mandiki help jarigindi,ade nammakam tho ikkada post chestunnanu.Please help this innocent child.
