nenu vendor tho matladanu . he is ok to change the employer.  kaani employer change chesthe maa current employer ki thelisi pothundi kaadha.  maa vendor ki situation chepthe you deserved atleast 10$ more of what you are getting antunnadu

Naaku koncham concerns unnayi 

1. he always hold one month salary, oka vela nenu notice isthe naa salary naaku vasthunda.

2.last year naaku 10 vacation holidays unte , ee year naaku 5 vacation carry forward chesadu + ee year naaku oka 5 vacation paid holidays unnayi. nenu employer change chesthe naaku vacation pay itche chances unnaya leka pothe avi ganga pale naa.

3.oka vela employer change cheyali ante em reason cheppali .  

meeku naa visa status cheppaledhu kadhu I am on H1B ,employer desi gujju. Pay time to time every month deposit ayyipothayi but he always pays 60-40 from past 1.5 year, that is the reason to change the employer but not the client.
