To prove their point they have even erected a huge cut out towering 50 feet of Tamannah at the theatre releasing her latest film 'Paiyaa and performed ‘palabishekam’.

Seeing all this the Tamil people are wondering whether she would join politics like Jayalalithaa. Even Jayalalithaa is not a Tamilian. She belongs to Karnataka while the present CM Karunanidhi's great grandfather hails from Prakasam district in Andhra Pradesh.
