Sania Mirza's marrige in Dubai, not Hyderabad

The much publicized marriage of Sania Mirza with Shoaib Malik would be held in Dubai not in Hyderabad as planned earlier. After Ayesha Siddiqui's family (Shoaib's alleged first wife) threatened to stop the marriage in Hyderabad, the Mirza and the Mailk family took this decision.

Sources added that the venue for the marriage would be shifted from Hyderabad to Dubai, where Maliks currently reside.

Even though the Indian High Commission has issued visas to Shoaib Malik and his family members to visit India n connection with his marriage with Sania, sources said that the Maliks are not keen to travel to India.

Imran Zafar Malik, Shoaib's brother-in-law had earlier confirmed that seven visas had been issued for the visit which will start around April 6. He said visas were issued to Shoaib's mother, brother, sister, Imran himself and his children while one of Shoaib's sisters and a few close relatives have applied for Indian visas from Germany.

This move from the Maliks comes just a day after the controversy between them and the Siddiquis, who claim that their daughter Ayesha got married to Shoaib in 2002 and has not been given a divorce yet, continued with the latter slapping a legal notice on the Pakistani cricketer.
