Help Regarding I-94 Expiry

My opt ends in April, I need to apply for Stem extension. My employer is filing H1B and I need to give I-94 expiry date.

 

In websites the told I-94 expiry date is the end date of I20, is it correct ? Please help me.

If you enter on a F-1 visa, your I-94 wouldn't have an expiration date, instead it would be D/S for Duration of Stay. It would will be valid as long as you are in status.
