Actually sugar unda leda ani cheyinchukuna...

Alage cholestrol test kuda...

Na report ani banne unai....kanni

LDL bad cholestrol koncham ekuva undi...which is bad...epudu...danini ela taginchala ani searching in the net....
And also Iron kuda koncham takuva undi...monnati nuncho roju koncham spinach steam cheakuni tintuna..

LDL ela taginchalo Evarikaina teliste chepandi.....

Andaru cheyiste oka idea vaatadi kadha....insurance unte ....no extra money needed.....

Work out regularly
Eat fiber rich food like Oatmeal
Eat Fish, preferrably Salmon
Eat walnuts, avacado, brocolli
Use Olive oil for cooking

Avoid red-meat, egg yolk, fried food, use less oil

Daily morning warm water lo lemon and honey tagu, exercise cheyyi, rich fiber diet tisko everything will be fine...

Bayyas naku asalu pota ledu...I am in good weight....

Max 2 days ki oka sari excercise chesta...

Kakapothe bachelor ni ...roju bayate tinali inka...so chicken ekuva tinta.....

Red meat ante chucken radhu ane anukuntuna....

Inka.fish ekuva tinanu ..so adi start cheyali...

Oats kuda tinta break fast lo ...one week back packet ayipoyindi....ayipogane techukune alavatu .ledhu G badakam....eeoju techeskunta...

.cinamin..and honey tagutuna...

And ....recent ga flax seed powder konanu ...regular ga vadali.....fiah tablet kanna flax sees bettee ani....

4 times cadio chei per week .....for 30-40 mins.....anni set aithai.... avoid trans fat completely and dont take more than 15-20g of saturated fats per day and no more than 200mg of cholesterol per day. .....
