Kakapothe bachelor ni ...roju bayate tinali inka...so chicken ekuva tinta..... Red meat ante chucken radhu ane anukuntuna.... Inka.fish ekuva tinanu ..so adi start cheyali... Oats kuda tinta break fast lo ...one week back packet ayipoyindi....ayipogane techukune alavatu .ledhu G badakam....eeoju techeskunta... .cinamin..and honey tagutuna... And ....recent ga flax seed powder konanu ...regular ga vadali.....fiah tablet kanna flax sees bettee ani.... Inka na report teskuni doctor degaraki velaledu... Vadu inka konni suggestions estadu ga...
