Oats kuda tinta break fast lo ...one week back packet ayipoyindi....ayipogane techukune alavatu .ledhu G badakam....eeoju techeskunta... .cinamin..and honey tagutuna... And ....recent ga flax seed powder konanu ...regular ga vadali.....fiah tablet kanna flax sees bettee ani.... Inka na report teskuni doctor degaraki velaledu... Vadu inka konni suggestions estadu ga...potta ki blood lo high cholesterol ki no link at all bayata food lo oil r cheese r butter ekkuva untundi, which will increase ur ldl, home made food is gud for health, daily bayata thinatam is not gud, even if u eat outside, eat grilled food

Naa outside food.. 2-3 times panda expresa....brown rice.with 2 chicken entries. Inka one time qdoba....brown rice..griiled chickenn...no cheese.. Inka one time....chipotle.....same brown rice.. Inka intlo quinoa.....with curries thappadu mari, aah cook cheskunedhe ekkuva chesko for next afternoon Eat outside no morethan twice a week , genghis grill, mangolian grill untay, super untundi n gud for health too
