nikhilboorla Posted March 20, 2014 Report Posted March 20, 2014 My f1 visa got cancelled 2 weeks back at chicago airport.Now,I would like to apply for H1B for october 2014 by keeping my OPT working exp.Are there any chances of getting approved of my h1b as it will be in records that my f1 visa is cancelled.??
