Father Tries To Sell Son To Beggar Mafia For Rs 500, Arrested

#Jamshedpur #Jharkhand In a rather shameful incident that was reported from Jamshedpur on Thursday, a father decided to allegedly sell his son to beggar mafia for merely Rs 500.

The child's mother created ruckus after she learnt about her husband's intentions of selling the child and earning a few bucks in exchange.

"He wanted to sell my son to the beggar mafia. They demanded Rs 500 in exchange for the child," she said.

The Sonari thana police officials have taken custody of the boy and are now investigating the matter further.
