Weird Situation With Employer . Help Needed From Experts

Nenu project change cheddam anukoni verokari employer tho marketing chepisthunna.  All of a sudden my current employer call chesi neeku salary penchutha ani anutunnadu. gatha 1.5 yrs nunchi eppudu involve avvani employer sudden ga ala ane sariki shock ki guri ayyanu. 

Naa doubt enti ante is there any way current employer know if my resume is floating in the marketing. 

almost nenu project vadilesi jump ayye time ki ilanti shock itche sariki continue avvala leka current employer ki hand ivvala leka future employer ki hand ivvala ani big dilemma.

Benefits of current employer:-

1. Same project continuation same stuff 

2. salary hike 5%

3. No need to relocate with family.  (Relocation ante need to end the lease sell the furniture , flight charges etc same thing I have sign the lease, buy the furniture)

4. vacation pay and no salary loss of the last month

benefits of future employer:-

1. New project , new things to learn 

2. warm place.

meru lastime cheppinappudu 60-40 annaru... ask for 80-20 then they will settle for 75%. kani neku vaditho chala pani vundachu future lo.. like if he is doing a GC ninne pay cheyamanachu or time ki cheyakapovachu.. experience letters kosam adinappudu evvakapovachu (if changing with wrong terms)... meru marali anukunte go for new employer pay wise, oppurtunity wise.. so i would suggest go with new employer and end relation with current employer on good terms... meru anni docs and pay anni tesukondi....
