lets say ur h1 or h1 extn was filed by employer X for Client A, n u got it approved for 3 yrs, lets say in between those 3yrs, if u change to Client B ur employer X must file for amendment , general ga client or location change aithe only LCA file chestaru, but it is mandatory to file amendment too apart from LCA
