Naaku konchem OSB lo services ela create chestharu..adapters gurunchi konchem info kavali. Services create chesi ela deploy chstharu...assalu services DB tho ela direct ga communicate chesi data retrieve chesthavi..and etc.

Already oka project lo work chesanu baa..but Java side..client interfaces create cheyyadam using CXF. Oka 3 days lo interview undhi Jboss SOA ..and JBoss ESB lo..

The concepts are almost the same..I wanted to understand how the Adapters in Oracle SOA work..and also how the JMS and other related services..other than the Web services are developed and integrated..

adapters use jca to connect to DB/File/FTP or any external systems. JCA will take care of connection establishement, packet transfer, data mapping and type conversions. Adapter provide data as webservice, so by using the wsdl, you can get data from any external systems. These jca comes as modules in weblogic. Your soa server will make use of those modules and gets the job done.

 

OSB lo adapter use cheyalante, first you have to create adatper in JDEV, then copy all the supporting files to OSB resources folder, then write a proxy service to wsdl .
