they are debt because of lack of demand from local industries. some claim it is due to lack of fuel to the plants, but its funny argument when international LNG prices are almost at par with gas supplied from KG basin and in some cases even cheaper.

 

What about the UMPP by Reliance power near Nellore, and a bunch of other power plants by NTPC, put on hold in the past 3 yrs?

Demand thakkuva vundi anedhi not true prbly.... our market is flooded with American and chinese goods all over. We can't beat chinese in the price but we can definitely beat American goods in their Quality with lesser price as well.

 

I don't have knowledge about power companies... But state govt is buying a lot from them right ? We already have huge power shortage on the other side.
