FTE job vadili consulting ki veldamanukuntunnanu.Interview aipoindi prime vendor nunchi PO kooda vachindi.

employer ni percentage basis entha adagali (80-20 or 85-15)?

health insurance consultants pay chestara (atlease kontha )?

per diem option better aa?

H1 transfer ki ,GC ki pay cheyala?

 

Mee employer ni adukko ani cheppoddhu babai.Bayata consultancies lo situation telusukovadaniki,naa negotiations ki help avutundi ani.mee salahalu welcome.

First thing FTE to Consulting.. biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiig wrong step... unless u have your own reasons, but I dont accept... but still I did it in my case but I regret it till date but I had no choice at that time to do it..

 

percentage basis... 80-20 is max... 85-15 kuda chestunnaru but taxes evo ninnu pay cheymantaaru and long run lo chukkalu chupistaaru prathi daaniki ninney money adugutaaru... so 80-20 safe bet...

 

health insurance... vallu em ivvaru.. konta mandi 75 ala istaaru... kontamandi say will pay 50% if 75-25% basis... company will have plans to choose from but not much support...

 

per diem option teeskodam antey ur self ur inviting some trouble unless and until pakka documentation for every single spent untey tappa...

 

h1 transfer ki em cheyyakkarledu... 75% for 6 months tarvata 80 chesteyr... direct 80 antey nuvvey cheyyali... GC ki vallu eppudu cheyyaru... nuvvey cheskovali....

 

Full time benefits tho polchukuntey u get jack in consulting... think about it again, unless u r getting 75K in FTE vs 150K in contracting... only then go for it...

 

neeku 75k vachina fte lo, with all benefits, PTO's, immigration safety, bonus , stock options, study expenses, insurance, 401k ivanni kalupukuntey you will get that 100k again... if you go to contracting you will 100k without all these which you have to pay, and you will end up having the same 75k you started with... so think like that...
