dkchinnari Posted March 25, 2014 Report Posted March 25, 2014 1) upto employer... try to ask / else cant do anything... my friend asked and they changed for both of us at MSFT... 2) last two years in contracting, didnt write a single line of code at work... but I helped more 20-30 ppl with different projects... learning new tools is good but stick to one platform and master it... in contracting there is nothing to learn, you always have to run... Better be a Master of one than be jack of all trades... 3) Planning to go back is ur personal decision.. so no comments on it... but ur words are not convincing... 5 years lo india vellipota ani antha firm ga untey, why do u care if it is EB3 or EB2??? asalu i didn't get that point... which means u r not convinced as of now to leave... but may be... which might not be .... 4) weather... anni chotla edo oka talanoppi undi... tx lo heat, seattle lo varsham, minneapolis lo manchu, Tennessee lo floods... problems lenidi evadiki... last ga okkati cheppu... what is ur pay with ur FTE and with contracting per year... be frank, it doesn't matter if u just tell the number... all you will get is a good advise.. and are you married man??? endku sava10thunav janalni.. dappu kottukuntav efdu help chesa ani... manchi family lagha
