haha.. where did I say states don't have budget reports? I said there are no ready made reports that mention central tax allocations for various states for comparison, and that you have to make one yourself.

The blog I pointed to you was one such. The source in such a case is not necessary, because its not a research article. That's why before linking that blog, I asked you to check central grant money from budget sheets, which you were too lazy or incompetent to do.

yeah, TN and Kerala have a good case to secede from India. And they will be demanding it from a position of strength, unlike states like Kashmir and in North East.

That is why it is important to follow TN model, rather than laughing at Jaya/Karuna for giving free TV, laptop, etc.

Dude, unlike United States where each state has the right to secede, Indian states donot have that right to secede. We are not a union.
