and again i checked wiki before i asked you that question , all raw data and budget sheets show that TN is in equally good position as GUJ , Thats y i asked you to link me the individual budget allocation report based on Gadgil-Mukherjee formula . I am not understanding if you are trying to prove some thing here or just arguing for the sake of it.

first clear your head before you type.

 

no one makes individual budget allocation reports for states. Its a pointless exercise. You can make one if you want from the data you get on RBI site, or from budget sheets of states.

 

what do you mean budget sheets show TN is equally in good position to Guj? Try reading it again and see if that statement makes any sense. I asked you to check Central grants to states in that budget sheet. Its easier if you'd tried to find the column under receivables with non-tax central funds, and central funds and compared that number with TN, AP, Guj, etc.
