Cap Gap Question - Very Typical Case

nenu oka tella prime vendor ki ft chestuna. march 20th project ayipotundi ani chepparu. but last date ivvaledu. company policy prakaram 15 days lo next project set avakapote fire chestaru. ipudu h1 apply chestunaru kaani na doubt enti ante may/june lo fire ante na jivitam appadam ayipoyidi.

so na patha desi employer tho kuda safe side inko in house h1 patram padeyamani cheppa.

 

na stem opt may 15th expire autundi. both patram's regular. premium aithe problem autundi ani both attorneys said.

scenario(sequence of events):

desi emp receipt vachindi first, no sound of my company receipt.

then i use that receipt to get cap gap i20.

later i get my company receipt. 

now desi patram denied, so capgap terminated

my company patram approved

 

na parisititi enti appudu?

 

bottomline decision - i will move to my old desi emp if approved but not now because I am still on project technically.

1) Lottery lo pick aithe ni status automatic ga sept 30 varaku extend avthadhi until a decision. Approve aithe cap gap vuntadhi lekapothe cancel..no need to request for special cap-gap i20 unless you need for drivers license ext or something

Bhayya also keep in Mind that... ne employer name kuda Cap Gap I-20 meda vuntadi...so in case u want to continue with your current employer then it will be a problem i think.
