Sevis okasari terminate aithe , malli kotha school I-20 vachina kani u have to go outside the country come again , If u have a valid 5 year visa stamp there is no need for stamping( school change aina OK) , if you dont you have to for stamping again.

 

And Cap-gap gurinchi aithe ma school vallu andariki mail pettaru , get back to us with your receipt numbers so that we can update in the sevis system ani .

hmm..last year rendu H1's apply chesi..okati lottery lo select ayi inkoakti avaledu ani case ekado vinna baa andhukee

scenario(sequence of events):

desi emp receipt vachindi first, no sound of my company receipt.

then i use that receipt to get cap gap i20.

later i get my company receipt. 

now desi patram denied, so capgap terminated

my company patram approved

                irrespective of the petition if h1 is picked in lottery(adi employer 1 aiyna kavochu employer2 aiyna kavochu. this is what attorney told me)  your cap gap will automatically be extended till sep 30. nenu attorney ni kanukunna last week.
