Requirement lo CaseID meeda depend ayi either insert or update cheyali ani undi, EE cursor chaala paathadi. Records chaala ekkuva vasthumayi ee madhya so time ekkuva padthondi. Maa mgr time taggichu or mothaniki cursor replace cheyamanadu

first caseid ki teesko... second if lo caseid is NULL ki chudu... then it will work... let me know if you need more...
