Hyd metro area should be atleast 10 times more than VIJ. so dabbulu antha concentrate aithe, rates peragatam sure. Hyderabad is the largest metro in south India by size. that and liberal FSI is the reason it is cheapest real estate market among big cities in south.

VIJ chinna ooru kaabatti. If many people bid for low number of houses there, there should be an increase in price. Whether the price is justified is different. But its logical for the price to rise when there are more buyers than sellers. VIJ municpal corporation is just 261 sq km anta ga. hyd is atleast 25 times bigger.
