ayina SA develop avuthadhi ani nuvvu anukuvatam lo thappu ledhu.

 

investors chala mandhi SA nunchi vunnaru ani nuvvvu antuknnav,  but TG lo kuda ee coming 10 years lo you will see lot of big shots emerging (money = power),

 

 

SA investors SA lo invest chestharani nuvvu feeling lo unnav, that might not be the case, as I said time will give u answer, first check point to see this is after 2 years

 

10 to 15 years tarvaata prices kaadu man.. Avi current prices.. Vijayawada almost 2 years kinde main roads lo gajam 1lakh plus nadustundi.. Telangana lo development undochu but it won't match seemandhra.. SA investors SA lo kaka Assam lo invest chestaara? Innallu HYD maadi anukuni invest chesaaru ippudu adi meedi kaadu meeru settlers annaru.. So ippudu valla own towns lo invest cheskuntaaru..

 

Take my family example.. Maa pedanna he is a builder.. Madhapur hitechcity, gachibowli aa areas lo chaala apartments kattadu land koni.. Jubile hills checkpost deggara he bought a commerical building and rented it out.. Ippudu he is taking all the money out.. Anni sale ki poettadu complexes.. Kotta apartments kattinavi evvaru konatle.. Samething Vijayawada/Guntur/Vijag/Kurnool ekkada apartments kattina hot cakes laaga within a month sale aipotaay..

other than corporate politicians everybody will choose a place where there is scope for their business.

I sold my apt in HYD and bought one in Kurnool.. Konnappudu 45.. Ippudu 55 to 60 min..

Hyd is a wasted opportunity not a missed opportunity.. Reason is KCR and co..Maa pedananna ki SA meeda prema undi kadu.. He is not seeing any gains in business.. Apts sale avvatle.. commerical complexes rent ki povatle..

Hyd is a wasted opportunity not a missed opportunity.. Reason is KCR and co..Maa pedananna ki SA meeda prema undi kadu.. He is not seeing any gains in business.. Apts sale avvatle.. commerical complexes rent ki povatle..

 

 

KCR and co. yendhi man, we are very happy that we got TG. I totally hate SA politicians ruling our TG and there are many people who feel like that. kavalante nuvve chusuko TDP ki single didgit seats vasthayi, only because it is SA party.

 

inka development antava, as I said, time will tell that. 

 

2 years tharvatha , ee thread ni ltt chesthe, then we will share our thoughts..

I sold my apt in HYD and bought one in Kurnool.. Konnappudu 45.. Ippudu 55 to 60 min..

man dnt sell land man until u r in crysis...
