Ambedkar should've been made father of our nation, but he lacked popular support even among dalits of the time. reservations should be based on caste, and not on economic criteria. But the caste list can be changed every 10 years based on current status of castes on the list. And groupings like OBC should be abolished. Ambedkar was not popular as gandhi around the world at that time. But Ambedkar always had a vision. He had perspective of how our country works and what problems we will have in the future and warned congress about it and they just ignored them and played politics with it.

The next central govt should allocate more money to Indian Statistical Institute and widen its scope. Cancel RTI and make govt transactions transparent.

RTI exists because govts don't release department data to public. If they release it, there's no need for RTI. Independent thinktanks will use that data and create models that are easily understood by the public.

Indians and Chinese kids will be the most affected due to affirmative action. more than even white kids.
